Altano reflects its Douro origins perfectly: generous aromas of wildflowers (rockrose and lavender); full-bodied structure with fresh and assertive fruit (plums and black cherries); spicy, peppery tones, all seamlessly held together.
Red color shoed. Intense aroma, young with some complexity. In the mouth it is sweet, medium structure, balanced and with a pleasant and persistent finish. It should be drunk slightly as aperitif or at room temperature to accompany a dessert.

Juicy, open and inviting, with a solid core of blackberry and mulberry preserves judiciously laced with cocoa, fruitcake and black licorice notes. Fresh, bramble-tinted finish.
