Bright and lively deep cherry red with a pinkish rim. Intense on the nose, with aromas of ripe red berries (strawberries and blackberries) and roasted coffee and caramel balsamic notes.
Intense Tempranillo character is apparent in a concentrated, deeply colored red wine. Saturated red fruit grips the palate, leaving a long and sweet finish that promises excellent development in the bottle. Aged 15 months in barrique.

Underlying ripe, red fruit (plums, redcurrants) with notes of good quality wood (cedar, fresh acacia bark), followed by lots of spicy nuances (cinnamon, cloves, black pepper) and finally reminders of tobacco leaves.
Meaty and powerful while smooth and velvety, with sweet, balanced tannins, the wine unfolds to reveal a harmonized integration of fruit and wood, with the latter prevailing. Fruit finish: berries, red liquorice.
