Light orange. Fresh tangerine and rose on the fragrant nose and in the mouth. Plush and expansive, with good weight to its soft citrus fruit and strawberry flavors. Distinctly red-fruity, with very good finishing breadth and cling. This shows very good depth without coming off heavy: a very flexible wine with food.

Raspberry-colored sparkling with aromas of dried strawberries, yellow plums, grapefruit and toasted brioche. It’s medium-to full-bodied with bright acidity and a creamy mousse. Vinous rosé with a nutty finish. Pinot noir. Drink now.

Blend:

80% Pinot Noir from Cotes des Bar

20% Chardonnay from Montegueux and Vitry

Character:

The addition of a small quantity of Pinot Noir vinified in red and rose before secondary fermentation gives softness and roundness to this champagne.

Color - Golden rosé

Nose - Aromas of ripe raspberries and white fruits

Palate - A rich and elegant fruit driven rosé. Notes of fresh red fruits with a touch of licorice rounding out the finish.
