RP 91 : Lallier's NV Grande Réserve Brut is deep, ripe, elegant and perfectly balanced. Pure red fruit, refreshing lemon aromas along with brioche, hazelnut and stewed apple flavors. Round, textured on the palate, with a stimulatingly fresh minerality.

Made from 100% Grand Cru grapes, of which 65% Pinot Noir from A and Verzenay and 35% Chardonnay from Avize and Cramant, the Brut is an intoxicating blend of 70% of the most recent vintage with 30% reserve wine, matured 24 to 36 months in our cellars. With 9 g/L dosage and 3 to 5 months rest between disgorgement and shipping, the Lallier Brut features a fine golden-yellow color and delicate buttery brioche aromas with hints of apricot and crusty bread. With its creamy mouthfeel, incredible balance, and remarkable minerality, this Brut represents a truly remarkable value.

The first bottle labels signed by Champagne LALLIER date back to 1906, when the Champagne house was founded by René LALLIER (1861 – 1938), who had married into a prestigious Champenois family.
LALLIER has been deeply rooted in the village of Aÿ ever since. The shield that proudly adorns its labels symbolises the historical roots of the Lallier name. In 1936, Aÿ was one of the seventeen villages to be classified as ''Grand Cru" in Champagne, a clear indication of the quality of the grapes that grow on its famous hillsides and the remarkable wines they produce.
