Our Spiced Pear Liqueur has an impeccable pedigree: It begins as our flagship pear brandy, to which we add luscious pear juice. This brings down the proof (from 40% alcohol by volume to 20% alcohol by volume) and transforms our crystal clear pear brandy into a jewel-toned liqueur.
