Inviting aromas of black tea, black plum and pencil shavings open on the nose joined by red currant and violet blossom. Winery History

Our Tradition cuvée is marked by freshness and fruit. It is the perfect expression of the characteristic terroirs of the Sancerre AOP: the flint brings aging potential and length in the mouth with evolving aromas; the white earth brings roundness and power; the limestone provides structure, freshness, aromas of fresh fruit as well as silky tannins.

Our vineyard is located in several communes of the Sancerre Appellation area, Bué, Crézancy, Thauvenay and Ménétreol. The soil of the vines is worked to promote the nutrition of the plant and obtain perfectly ripe and healthy grapes.
