Sauvignon Blanc, Craggy Range, Martinborough, NZ, 2019

The Te Muna Road Vineyard is located some 7 kilometres outside of the Martinborough township. The

vineyard consists of two distinct terraces, the higher comprising very old, stony clay infused soils perfect

for Pinot Noir and the lower terrace of younger stony soils interleaved with limestone – providing an

excellent environment for Sauvignon Blanc.

Tasting Notes: Pale lemon straw. Ripe Sauvignon Blanc aromatics with notes of white peach, citrus

blossom, honeysuckle and kaffir lime. Harmonious and rich on the palate with ripe citrus and fresh apple

and a layered, dry, textural feel.

Sauvignon Blanc, Honig Cellars, Napa Valley, CA, 2019

The Honig family are leaders in sustainability, both in the vineyard and the winery, and what began as a

small “garage” winery has today become a successful family enterprise, with everyone working

collaboratively to run an inspiring and socially responsible business. At the age of 22, grandson Michael

Honig took over management of the vineyard and winery. In 1989 the family began producing small

amounts of Cabernet Sauvignon. As the business grew, family members Regina Weinstein, Steven Honig,

and Stephanie Honig joined Michael in the winery.

Tasting Notes: Bright, and fresh, the flavors and aromas are reminiscent of peaches, lemon curd, white

grapefruit, and passion fruit with perfectly balanced notes of citrus and stone fruit. The fullness of the

midpalate is complemented by a crisp, lengthy finish.

Sancerre “Attitude", Pascal Jolivet, Loire Valley, FR, 2018

Since 2001, Pascal Jolivet has engaged a profound reflection on Attitude. The idea was to create a high

quality Loire collection not especially from Sancerre area but from the Loire Valley, the best terroir in

the world for the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety. Pascal Jolivet's dedication to this grape led him to a rich

region in terms of history and heritage, near the gorgeous Châteaux of Cheverny and Chambord.

Tasting Notes: Beautiful freshness in mouth, a frank attack, delicate green and lemon flavours, citrus

fruits, green apple and kiwi aromas. The minerality gives a long finish to the wine, a smoothness and

elegance.
