Made in a classic, almost rustic mould, it has concentrated aromas of cranberry and wild strawberry, alongside notes of tobacco leaf, dust and a light coating of dry, fine tannin. Perfect as an accompaniment to grilled chicken, turkey, duck or lamb with rosemary.
-In 1987, Bertrand Ambroise takes back the domain. Fascinated by the work of the vine and lover of the wine, he develops the domain which reaches now approximately 21 hectares and brings it his personality. Since 2013, The domain have the certification about organic farming (certified by Ecocert)
