Product description

Winemaker's Notes:

-Maison Camille Giroud was founded in 1865 by the man of that name. Succeded by his son Lucien a reputation was built on wines that aged for years and years. “With fruit coming from Volnay and the Cote Chalonnaise, the 2013 Bourgogne Rouge has a very ripe, slightly unruly kirsch-scented nose at the moment that needs to calm down by the time of bottling. The palate is medium-bodied with sweet candied cherry fruit with an easy-drinking, almost Beaujolais-like finish.”

Wine Advocate: 84-86
