The 2016 Grayson Cabernet Sauvignon shows a dark ruby color with a rich nose of blackberry, raspberries and hints of black pepper. This intense Cabernet is full of artful fruit, provides a round mouth feel and a soft lingering finish with hints of toasted French oak.
-The founders of Grayson believe that we can put to work our Napa Valley winemaking skills to create some of the highest quality wines at the by-the-glass price point. We believe that decades of Napa winemaking experience will allow us to create a better bottle of wine at a better price point than what’s generally in the market today.
“The 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon is a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon aged nine months in French oak. Amazingly, there are 40,000 cases of this cuvée, which exhibits attractive red and blackcurrant fruit intermixed with licorice, underbrush and loamy soil notes. There is no greenness whatsoever in this medium-bodied, supple Cabernet. Drink it over the next several years.”
