Cancellations or refunds are generally not permitted. The final quality or condition of the wine upon delivery cannot be guaranteed, and buyers must ensure proper storage post-delivery. Due to the hot weather, if you would like us to hold your shipment, please specify in the notes at checkout and add-on the "HOLD SHIPMENT" item. We will hold your products and ship them at the beginning of October. You will receive a notification when they have been shipped.
