SHIPPING POLICY

You must be at least 21 years old to purchase and receive alcoholic beverages Orders received after 2:30 pm will be processed the following business day. 
We will make every effort to deliver your wine locally within 24 hours.  ****We do not delivery on Saturday or Sunday.****

Sales Tax – All orders are subject to a 7% Florida sales tax.

Credit Cards – We accept MasterCard and Visa. 
Your credit card information, order and shipping instructions are sent securely and encrypted. If you prefer, you may call us with your credit card number at 941.955.2675 or toll free 866.955.2675.

The following delivery charges apply for clients interested in the convenience of a local delivery service:
Downtown Sarasota Area: $15.00
University/Lakewood Ranch, Bradenton, Siesta Key & Longboat Key: $20.00
South of Sarasota/Venice: $22.00

Local deliveries will be made under the following conditions:
 You must be at least 21 years old to purchase and receive alcoholic beverages. Orders can also be picked up at our retail shop at 1283 S. Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, FL 34239. We will make only one delivery attempt. All deliveries must be signed for. 
Please make sure someone at least 21 years of age will be available to receive your delivery. They must have a valid ID. An office address is recommended for this reason.

Out-of-Town Delivery
You must be at least 21 years old to purchase and receive alcoholic beverages. We can now ship to the following states: AK, AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WI, WV, WY. UPS handles all out-of-town deliveries. Shipping rates are processed through UPS on our site at their current rates just prior to your purchase authorization. All deliveries must be signed for. Please make sure someone at least 21 years of age will be available to receive your delivery. If available, an office address is recommended for this reason.

Disclaimer
Occasionally, we will sell out of an item due to the vast inventory and high volume of our business. Our database is updated daily. However, some order requests may be processed before a vintage change is reflected on invoicing. We feel that many wines are made with the same level of quality from year to year. Please be advised that vintage changes and out of stock situations are subject to change without notice. MichaelsWineCellar.com reserves the right to make appropriate vintage substitutions when necessary. You may request we notify you before doing so by writing “Do Not Sub” in the delivery notes box on our order page. We will then contact you if necessary. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you.

What happens if I receive a broken bottle?

Please call the Michael’s Wine Cellar team within 10 days and we’ll take care of it at no expense to you.

What if I don't like one of the wines? Do you offer a guarantee? 

We want you to enjoy every bottle you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with any wine, for any reason, just let us know and we will replace the wine.
