Review
From a prized 1.04-hectare parcel bordering Vosne-Romanée, Méo-Camuzet's Aux Boudots is one of the appellation's most elegant Premier Crus. The 2022 opens with aromas of mulberry, black cherry, peony, violet, smoke, and exotic spice. The palate is silky yet concentrated, revealing layers of black raspberry, blood orange, forest floor, cocoa, and mineral notes. Fine-grained tannins, vibrant acidity, and exceptional precision lead to a long, refined finish.

Producer tasting notes: (2022 vintage) "A wine which is very typical of the appellation ...Vosne-Romanée: its roundness, its fleshy plumpness, its discreet but effective structure. Its great maturity and its balance belie the reputation for austerity which goes with Nuits." - Domaine Meo-Camuzet
