For the 2021 Cesari Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG (Veneto, Italy), there are currently only a limited number of published professional reviews.
Cesari describes the 2021 as:
The winery notes that the 2021 growing season featured good winter rainfall and cool spring temperatures followed by warm days and cool nights in August, producing slow, even ripening. The wine is made from Corvina Veronese, Corvinone, and Rondinella grapes, dried for about three months before fermentation, then aged for approximately three years (including 12 months in Slavonian oak) before release.
