On the palate it is dry, warm, soft, robust, elegant, intense, majestic, very persistent, complex with notes of spices, coffee, cocoa, overripe fruit & balsamic notes

Checo is the Amarone della Valpolicella. It reflects the taste of the cellar, but at the same time takes up the traditional flavors and aromas of Amarone della Valpolicella.
One could not but dedicate this Amarone to his grandfather Francesco, called Checo dei Merli by everyone. He dedicated his life to the cultivation of vines and the production of excellent wines. Grandpa and his teachings are a great point of reference for us.
