Due Uve bianco is a cheerful and informal blend of Chardonnay and Garganega and pays homage to the volcanic soils that characterise the vineyards east of Verona. The Garganega is cold-soaked on the skins just before pressing, and both grape components are fermented in French oak barrels. The result is a very beautiful, rich wine with delicate notes of peach, honey and pineapple. SUPERIORE.DE
