JS 92:
Deliciously savory, with notes of tar, dark chocolate, olives, currants and sun-dried tomatoes. Medium-bodied with fine, almost silky tannins, accompanied by bright acidity and salty minerality. Fresh finish. Drink now or hold.
Its color is a deep ruby red. On the palate, the oak, held at bay by the wine’s ample fruit, leaves room for nuances of preserves and of spices, which are in perfect harmony with the bouquet.
WE 92 : Medium garnet color with bright aromas of sour cherry, red currant, blue flower and a touch of bitter almond. The palate is lean with cinchona notes.
The vineyards of Volpaia are among the highest in Chianti. Our Chianti Classico is characterized by elegance and finesse with a rich bouquet of red fruits and spices.

Fresh & fruity wine, with intense aromas of red fruits that perfectly combine with notes of licorice, tobacco & hazelnut. The structure is large & consistent. Long & pleasant finish on the palate.
