Colour: Red

Varietal: Cabernet Franc

Breeding: 70% of the wine remains 12 months in 2nd and 3rd use French oak barrels of 225 liters. It then rests in the bottle for 6 months.

Marriage: It is recommended to accompany hard cheeses, stews and red meats.

Region: Uco Valley, (Vista Flores) Tunuyán. Mendoza, Argentina.

Harvesting Method: Manual in small 12 kg plastic boxes.

Vinification: Cold maceration is carried out at 7° C for 5 days. Alcoholic fermentation is then carried out at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation takes place in French oak barrels.

Serving temperature: Serve between 14-16 °C

Varietal composition: 100% Cabernet Franc
