Review
Angela Vineyards Chardonnay 2018 is fermented with native yeast and aged 12 months in French oak, followed by 6 months in tank before bottling. It opens with aromas of lemon curd, green apple, papaya, butter, and brioche. The palate is creamy yet vibrant, offering flavors of citrus, orchard fruit, toasted hazelnut, and a distinctive saline minerality. Bright acidity and restrained oak carry through to a long, precise finish.
