Generous aromas of lemon confit, grilled pineapple, toasted nuts and brioche. The palate is medium- to full-bodied with bright acidity and a creamy texture, giving flavors of grapefruit, lime curd and salted popcorn. Nice freshness from blocking some malolactic fermentation. Drink now.
