A rich, creamy texture, and pleasantly refined character – this is our Chardonnay. In a special tribute to the village of Chardonnay in France, the winery’s vineyards located in the northern parts of the Golan Heights produce a local, golden, much loved and full-bodied expression of this classic, that partially undergoes an abbreviated aging period in French oak barrels. Tabor Adama Chardonnay is ideal with ripe cheeses, risotto or pasta dishes.
