Generous and charming, our Chardonnay is bursting with aromas of pear, nutmeg, honeydew, lemon zest with just a hint of butter. On the palate: Meyer lemon, Fuji apple, vanilla and baking spices. Bright, clean with a creamy texture.

Lime leaf, crumbled herb and chiseled stone aromas hit the nose in this bottling, a new project for the Daou brothers. The palate is bright in a citrus tonic flavor, with a Key lime pie element that arises as well.

Toasted lemons, hazelnuts and bread crust on the nose, following through to a medium to full body, showing waxy lemons, butterscotch and a creamy, sleek mid-palate with fresh, medium acidity.
Inviting notes of white lilies, orange blossom, and lemon peel on the nose. The wine has a lively mouthfeel on the palate with notes of lemon curd, crisp pear, pineapple, and vanilla bean balanced by bright acidity and a fresh finish.
Aromatics of stone fruit & fresh honey that continue to the palate with bright flavors of Meyer lemon, fresh peach, toasted caramel & orange blossom. The finish has a lovely minerality & a touch of vanilla that perfectly rounds out the wine.

Pecan, walnut & quinine aromas show on the nose. There is tremendous tension on the sip, where grapefruit-pith & walnut-oil flavors ride a chalky structure & loads of acidity.

Fresh and bright with sliced apples and hints of nougat. Medium body with a creamy texture and lovely length. It’s really nicely curated. Long. Gentle nature. Flint aftertaste. No malo, No new oak.

This has aromas of cream, apricots, white peaches and lemon curd. Medium- to full-bodied with excellent density and focus. Bright acidity, too. Creamy finish.
