Sommelier Presentation Note
2022 Château Fleur de Boüard, Lalande-de-Pomerol
Crafted by the de Boüard family of Château Angélus, this polished Right Bank Bordeaux offers aromas of black plum, cherry, licorice, espresso, and dark chocolate. Rich and silky on the palate, it layers ripe fruit, cocoa, and refined tannins into a long, velvety finish.
James Suckling
Black beans, blackberries and coriander on the nose, as well as a touch of mushroom. It’s medium-bodied, silky and balanced, with fine-grained tannins and a juicy finish. Second wine. 80% merlot, 10% cabernet franc and 10% cabernet sauvignon. Drink from 2026.
