James Suckling 95 Points
Elegant, soft, fresh, and deep, the wine quickly focuses you on its layers of ripe, sweet, fresh, dark, red pit fruits. The long, powerful, mineral-edged finish, with its layers of plums, cherries and salt, sticks with you. Drink from 2025-2042. 92-94 Pts.

Winery Notes
The wine has a deep, dark black-purple color. The rich, dark-fruit aromas are open, juicy and generous. The palate initially shows ripe black-cherry & elderberry fruit, which develops t a concentrated sweet & then bitter licorice style. The wine is of mid weight- & the alcohol appears balanced. Jamy black-fruit opens on the back-palate. The finish combines mouth-watering, freshness with dense, well-structured tannins & good grip.
Château La Fleur de Boüard has been the estate’s first wine since 1998. Due to the innovative know-how of Hubert de Boüard, supported by his Technical Director Bryan Dessaint and the cellar master, Kinga Hars from Angelus., Château La Fleur de Boüard has fully blossomed and is now the pillar of the Lalande-de-Pomerol appellation. The wine is aged for 15 to 18 months in barrel to preserve the fruit and produce silky, elegant tannins.
