Aged for a full year in reclaimed American oak resulting in lush honey color. It opens with tantalizing aromas of dried herbs & candied fruit followed by hints of spices, cocoa, & toasted oak.

Flavor: Perfect balance of sweetness from the Blue Weber agaves layered with hints of spice and barrel oak.
Cognaclike nose of gently toasted French Oak giving way to deep roasted agave, loads of spice, tropical fruits on the mid palate, & an incredibly long, lingering finish. Oak tannins & tons of texture create a palate sensory density uncommon to an anejo.
Aged 8 months in American oak barrels and finished for 3 months in Stag's Leap Cabernet wine barrels. Great profile for Tequila drinkers also drawn towards wine and bourbon profiles. Smooth, easily sipped or used in cocktails
Matured for approximately eight months in Symphony Barrels specifically designed for this expression, bringing to life something rich, complex and utterly unpredictable.

Aromas of cherry, vanilla and fresh cut straw to show off its complexity. It tastes of warm oak and cinnamon with a long brown sugar finish blasted by notes of pepper.
