The 2021 Olson Estate Pinot Noir is genuinely a small-production wine

The regular 2021 Olson Estate Vineyard Pinot Noir was only 212 cases — about 2,544 bottles. That is quite small by winery standards. Torii Mor's technical sheet identifies it as a Dundee Hills estate wine, bottled February 16, 2023, at 13.2% alcohol.

So if the bottle you're looking at says essentially “Pinot Noir, Olson Estate Vineyard, Torii Mor, Willamette Valley, OR, 2021”, it is not a mass-market bottling. It's a single-vineyard, estate-grown, limited-production wine.

The vineyard itself is particularly interesting: Olson Vineyard is Torii Mor's estate site, planted beginning in 1972, with additional plantings in 1983 and 2005–06. The 9.5-acre site contains old massale material originating from Eyrie, Erath and Coury, along with Pommard and Dijon clones.
