We are in the medieval village of Laguardia, in the heart of Rioja Alavesa, a place where quality wines have been made historically and for centuries.

Leizaola Vineyards and its wines El Sacramento have its origin in an emblematic plot located on a promontory and a geological fracture that give character to its vineyards. Already in the 17th century, this place was cultivated by the Brotherhood of the Blessed Sacrament of Laguardia. From it we collect the name and also the witness in a particular way of doing things.
