Overview

Toasted oak and crème brûlée with notes of almonds and hazelnuts on the nose. A soft creamy mouthfeel with hints of milk chocolate and baking spices leads to softly warming long finish.

In this expression, we imbue our award-winning Straight Rye Whiskey with even more flavor. Once fully matured, we finish Toasted Rye in a second, custom-toasted new oak barrel; adding a balanced layer of sweet oak complexity.

While the finishing process for Toasted Rye is similar to our Toasted Barrel Bourbon, the difference lies in the mashbill. It’s 51% rye grain instead of corn: the legal requirement for this style of American Whiskey.

To fully enjoy its sweet oak complexities and long, smooth finish, we recommend that you sip Toasted Rye neat.
