Whatever the buzz surrounding this brand due to its high-profile founders (actress Cameron Diaz and entrepreneur Katherine Power), the bubbles do manage to speak for themselves, made as they are in the traditional method from the classic Cava grapes by historic Spanish producer Raventós i Blanc. A lovely pale lemon in color, it’s nearly as low in residual sugar as a brut nature, with ample fresh acidity; enhancing the overall profile of green and yellow citrus and yellow apple are hints of flowers and nutshell on the finish. - The Somm Journal
