Our Blanco is made from 100% Blue Weber agave and is sourced from the mineral-rich volcanic soil in Jalisco, Mexico. The agave piñas are traditionally roasted and undergo an extra-slow fermentation process to deliver an ultra-smooth and premium flavor. We use Mexican vanilla bean, which is grown on the property, to give a nice sweet, smooth finish With a crystal clear color, aromas of fresh citrus and sea salt, and flavors of lemon peel and pepper, this is sure to transport you to someplace magical.
