Truman is a single-estate Austrian vodka made from certified-organic winter wheat grown on the producer’s family farm near Linz. Production—from grain and fermentation through distillation and bottling—takes place on the estate. It is triple-distilled in traditional copper pot stills and blended with Alpine spring water. No sugar, sweeteners, or other additives are used.

Tasting profile: Exceptionally clean and silky, with subtle wheat sweetness, soft grain, delicate citrus and mineral notes. The texture is rounded and creamy rather than sharp, leading to a long, smooth finish. The producer specifically positions Truman as a sipping vodka, not simply a neutral cocktail base.
An interesting production detail is the distiller: Truman is made under Hans Reisetbauer, a highly regarded Austrian distiller and multiple-time Falstaff “Distiller of the Year.” The spirit undergoes three copper-pot distillations with resting periods between runs and is filtered only once to retain character.
Retail: The producer currently lists the 750 mL at $59.99, putting Truman firmly in the super-premium vodka category.
For a restaurant/bar program, the strongest selling points are organic, single-estate, Austrian, additive-free, Alpine spring water, copper-pot distilled, and 95 points from Wine Enthusiast.
