Pungent nose of juicy fruit; buttery for the appellation. Nice and easy, very soft, candied. Some fresh apricot in the mouth; creamy, thick, easy, very silky.
The Bourgogne Blanc knocked us out with its developed, nuanced flavors and textures, which are hallmarks, generally, of much older vintages and much more exalted parcels.
Open fragrance with a delicate note of wood, ripe citrus fruits, the bouquet is very clear and fresh. On the palate it confirms the nose impression, the wine has a marbled acidity, is precise and powerful, it is more reminiscent of a Chassagne-Montrachet
