Sparkling "Ballarin", Cremant de Bordeaux Maison Celene, FR, NV50% Cabernet Franc, 30% Sémillon, 20% Muscadelle.
Pale golden color, with fine, persistent bubbles which elevate floral, citrus and toasted spice aromas. Medium bodied and clean with bright acidity, ripe stone fruit and delicate bubbles.
Sparkling
Sparkling, "Cuvee des Roys de Naples" Maison Foucher, Cremant de Loire, FR, NVNose of lemon, quince, flinty minerality, a touch of bread dough and a top-note of citrus zest. Crisp, medium-full and nicely soil-driven, good core, frothy mousse and a long, bright, bouncy finish.
