Cabernet Sauvignon "Rassi", Whitehall Lane, CA, 2020

Beautifully blended 2020 Rassi Cabernet Sauvignon is exquisitely balanced with excellent fruit concentration. On the nose, this wine offers candied blueberry lollipop, blackberry tart, dark cranberry compote, stewed Mission figs, and a touch of brioche. The palate offers plush but delicate tannins, bursting with fresh blueberries, black cherries, Agen prunes, toasted wanluts and cedar that lingers on the finish. This offering is enjoyable today but will also evolve with cellar aging through 2032.
