Made from estate-grown, regenerative organic Chardonnay and fermented without malolactic conversion to preserve freshness. Aromas of white peach, pear, pineapple, honeysuckle, lemon zest, and crushed stone lead to flavors of citrus, mango, green apple, vanilla, and wildflower honey. Bright acidity and pronounced minerality drive a long, elegant finish.
