Obtained from the union between Antonio Nonino’s ancient recipe and the experience of the Nonino family in the Art of distillation. Elegant, with an extraordinary scent of herbs, ennobled by ÙE® Nonino Grape Distillate aged in barriques.
Uses a pre-Prohibition style ratio of 53% rye in its mashbill to pay homage to history’s original rye whiskeys, making spice and tobacco the dominant note among a sea of fruit, floral and sweet aromatics, which yields a nice sweetness and overall balance.
Tom Cat is aged for six months in American White Oak casks. The barrel imparts whiskey-like notes of oak and spice, into the gin which carries with it a soft honey finish.

With a Gold color laced with reddish amber hues, nearly copper in tone. Our bourbon is finished in port wine barrels which adds subtly distinct flavor nuances that enhance the whiskey without challenging it.
Quite youthful on the nose, with barley, vanilla, and finally nectarines. Smooth and medium-bodied, with floral notes, custard, and milk chocolate. A relatively short finish, with sappy oak.
The bourbon has an intense aroma of sweet vanilla, cedar and oak. The aroma yields to notes of spicy rye, vanilla and maple syrup, with hints of cherry. The slightly salty finish is long and smooth, with continued vanilla notes.
