Red Blend “Sideral”, San Pedro, Valle del Cachapoal, CL, 2021

Saturated purple red, purple shades. A hint of licorice embellishes the very Chilean nose with notes of blackberry and blackcurrant, on touches of dark chocolate and mocha. The attack of great sweetness gives way to aromas of small black fruits full of character and a beautiful balance, cherries and blueberries, on nuances of bread crust and Mediterranean herbs; velvety tannins and pretty freshness in the balanced finish.
