"ColdiSole" Rosso di Montalcino DOCG - a harmonious, appealing wine with expressive aromas and attractive fruit flavors. It is made from selected grapes Sangiovese Grosso, which grows in the estate "ColdiSole." After the harvest, which is only to achieve optimum ripeness of berries, berries are carefully sorted. Maceration on the skins lasts 10-12 days. Matured wine is 8 months in small oak barrels and then another six months in bottles in the cellar of the winery. "ColdiSole" Rosso di Montalcino pairs perfectly with dishes of meat, game and mature cheeses.
