Our classic blend comprised our favorite three Mediterranean varieties, Syrah, Mourvèdre & Viognier. We utilized more of our own grapes & were fortunate to focus on the Swartland profile, which lends notes of dark brooding fruit, violets & olive tapenade.
This wine exhibits classic Pinot Noir aromas of red cherries and earthy notes, with a medium body and a clean, fresh finish. It also shows raspberry blossom and potpourri essence. The Durbanville vineyards give an alluring perfume.
This dry, full-bodied red blend offers a balanced fusion of black fruit and a savory edge of cigar. The winemakers have aged each component in oak barrels to produce a soft mouth-feel and juicy, lingering finish that will leave you wanting more.

Babylonstoren Shiraz 2023 (91 pts Tim Atkin): luscious blackcurrant, cracked pepper, leather and sweet spice wrapped in silky tannins. French oak adds depth and polish, leading to a long, velvety finish. Rich, elegant and irresistibly drinkable.
2023 Boekenhoutskloof The Chocolate Block: 91–93 points from major critics (≈92 avg.). Syrah-led, rich yet balanced, with blackberry, mulberry, pepper, spice and herbs, silky tannins and bright acidity. Excellent South African red blend.

The 2023 Hamilton Russell Pinot Noir is characterized by ripe red fruit, including raspberries and cherries, with subtle earthy and spicy notes.
Combines the "Noble Five": Cabernet Sauvignon (53%), Merlot (17%), Malbec (13%), Cabernet Franc (12%) & Petit Verdot (5%). Wine aged for 12 months in small, mainly French oak barrels. It is an excellent companion to lamb dishes with garlic & rosemary.
