Taste: Dark caramel malt nuttiness & sweet graham cracker warmed by green peppercorn coriander spice& brightened with a hint of cedar
Finish: Tart apple crispness gives way to a long smoky finish full of toasted marshmallow chocolate & graham cracker
Aroma: Interlaced layers of buttercream sticky toffee cedar & apricot.
Taste: Smooth, well rounded mingling of sweet oatmeal raisin cookie & milk chocolate leading into caramel corn & evolving spice.

This special is the first bonded bourbon in Colorado history. True to the Bottled in Bond Act of 1897, this bourbon is at least 4 years old, a product of a single season & a single distiller, & has been aged entirely in our federally bonded rickhouse.
Aroma: Strong, sweet coffee laced with chocolate, creamy butterscotch & a hint of licorice.
Taste: Ripe apple & other sweet fruit, bakery spice (clove & nutmeg), & toasted oak.
Finish: Sweet & light, with hints of oak & apple that linger a bit.
