A beautiful salmon pink hue. Noticeable ripe blueberries & a subtle spiciness from the Pinot Noir with creamy complexity from Chardonnay. Explosion of raspberry fruit & slight honeysuckle flavours on the palate, with a persistent yet delicate mousse.
