Winemaker Notes
A deep, ruby-crimson color. Aromas of Mediterranean maquis vegetation with eucalyptus & pine needle, black plum & damson. Full & satisfying on the palate with ripe, fruits of the forest flavors, seasoned with peppery tannins.
Blend: 39% Viognier, 38% Chenin Blanc, 23% Grenache Blanc
The wine is medium to full-bodied, with integrated acidity and the subtle touch of oak adding to its great balance. Lemongrass and angelica linger on a fresh finish.
This wine is made by a unique method cultivated for hundreds of years in Japan. The plums are picked at dawn and processed the same day to keep their dewy freshness and flavor which distinguishes Fu-Ki from all other wines.
Our classic blend comprised our favorite three Mediterranean varieties, Syrah, Mourvèdre & Viognier. We utilized more of our own grapes & were fortunate to focus on the Swartland profile, which lends notes of dark brooding fruit, violets & olive tapenade.
A tribute to freshness, Lyma refers to the sub-appellation of Lima in the Vinho Verde region of Portugal, as well as honoring the Lima river that runs west from Galicia though the entirety of Vinho Verde to the Atlantic Ocean.

This wine showcases the Alvarinho grape, capturing the taste of coastal Portugal in every sip. Creamy citrus oil, lime and yellow apple notes are nicely spiced and detailed with saline mineral and floral underpinnings through the long finish.
Brilliant red currant color, fine and persistent bubbles. On the nose, notes of blackcurrant mingle with aromas of candied fruit. The structure of the palate is fresh, suave, the finish long and fruity.
