La Gritona Reposado Tequila is a subtle rested tequila distilled by Melly Barajas and her staff of women at her small distillery in Valle De Guadalupe, Jalisco
Supple, dark and rich, bearing the signature hallmarks of Caymus. It is sourced from sites throughout the state which feature climatic conditions, soils and topography that are ideally suited to Cabernet.
Combines the "Noble Five": Cabernet Sauvignon (53%), Merlot (17%), Malbec (13%), Cabernet Franc (12%) & Petit Verdot (5%). Wine aged for 12 months in small, mainly French oak barrels. It is an excellent companion to lamb dishes with garlic & rosemary.
Richly aromatic with bright notes of citrus melon & pear. These same enchanting notes continue onto the palate with a silky entry that slowly builds to a long finish with lingering citrus. Crisp minerality & juicy acidity lift & support the generous fruit
This special is the first bonded bourbon in Colorado history. True to the Bottled in Bond Act of 1897, this bourbon is at least 4 years old, a product of a single season & a single distiller, & has been aged entirely in our federally bonded rickhouse.

Penelope Architect Straight Bourbon Whiskey is Four Grain Straight Bourbon uniquely blended from three bourbons mash bills, then finished for a minimum of 4 years in barrels using Nektar Extreme Complex French Oak Staves with medium tannin content.
The nose is walnuts, prunes, & floral notes. The palate mimics the nose with walnuts, prunes, spices, intertwined with lavender & balanced with the perfect amount of acid, that leads you down a path of lingering burnt caramel.
Medium ruby hue with a savory bouquet of wild strawberries, mulled raspberries, dried earth and flowery incense. Medium bodied with a layered, balanced mouthfeel and ripe tannins.

At first glance of the BHAKTA 1928 there is a golden orange aspect. On the nose are notes of custard, caramel and vanilla. The palate has oak, vanilla and spice on it while the finish has a lingering oak and mellow tannins feel of it.
