Supple, dark and rich, bearing the signature hallmarks of Caymus. It is sourced from sites throughout the state which feature climatic conditions, soils and topography that are ideally suited to Cabernet.
Combines the "Noble Five": Cabernet Sauvignon (53%), Merlot (17%), Malbec (13%), Cabernet Franc (12%) & Petit Verdot (5%). Wine aged for 12 months in small, mainly French oak barrels. It is an excellent companion to lamb dishes with garlic & rosemary.

Rested for 6 months in reclaimed American Whiskey barrels giving it a pale straw hue. Caramelized agave, roasted red pepper, & cinnamon notes give way to hazelnut & vanilla. Silky with a touch of sweetness.
This special is the first bonded bourbon in Colorado history. True to the Bottled in Bond Act of 1897, this bourbon is at least 4 years old, a product of a single season & a single distiller, & has been aged entirely in our federally bonded rickhouse.
