Nose: Crème brûlée, sweet tobacco and sea spray

Finish: Long, smooth finish that thoroughly coats the pallet with notes of classic Cracker Jacks and sea salt
Deep purple with a bright fuscia rim. Aromas of red cherry and sage with a hint of violet, spice and toast. Full-bodied, with flavors of raspberry and black cherry, with notes of violet and toast. Supple tannins carry through to a fine and smooth finish.
Tender raspberries contrast with a meaty, firm underpinning. The wine is both elegant and brooding, in possession of both good acidity and a ripe character.
Cognaclike nose of gently toasted French Oak giving way to deep roasted agave, loads of spice, tropical fruits on the mid palate, & an incredibly long, lingering finish. Oak tannins & tons of texture create a palate sensory density uncommon to an anejo.
