Winemaker Notes
A deep, ruby-crimson color. Aromas of Mediterranean maquis vegetation with eucalyptus & pine needle, black plum & damson. Full & satisfying on the palate with ripe, fruits of the forest flavors, seasoned with peppery tannins.
Our classic blend comprised our favorite three Mediterranean varieties, Syrah, Mourvèdre & Viognier. We utilized more of our own grapes & were fortunate to focus on the Swartland profile, which lends notes of dark brooding fruit, violets & olive tapenade.
Dynamic, with a balance of richness and freshness. It offers bright fruit flavors, soft tannins, and a lingering finish of blackberry, cherry, and chocolate.
A Bordeaux-style blend, with 60% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc, and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. Crafted as an easy to drink and approachable wine for today's fast paced and informal lifestyle. A very round wine with exotic spiciness and plenty of fruit.

It's a blend of Malbec, Cabernet Franc, and Syrah, offering a mix of red and dark fruit flavors, along with notes of spice, meat, and herbs, velvety tannins, juicy palate, and persistent finish.
Intense purple red color. Aroma is extremely complex & captivating, referring to notes of raspberries, at the same time presenting notes of spices. In the mouth it is a wine of good concentration & round tannins. It is a balanced, persistent & elegant win

A very pretty Bolgheri red with currant, chocolate and hazelnut aromas and flavors. It’s full and layered with firmness and freshness. Tight at the end, with a lovely texture and finesse to the tannins. Drink or hold.
A fantastic Zinfndel based blend from Venge. As Robert Parker said a few years ago, “It is a hedonistic fruit bomb, for sure, but also intellectually pleasing.”
