A deep, ruby-crimson color. Aromas of Mediterranean maquis vegetation with eucalyptus & pine needle, black plum & damson. Full & satisfying on the palate with ripe, fruits of the forest flavors, seasoned with peppery tannins.
Our classic blend comprised our favorite three Mediterranean varieties, Syrah, Mourvèdre & Viognier. We utilized more of our own grapes & were fortunate to focus on the Swartland profile, which lends notes of dark brooding fruit, violets & olive tapenade.

It's a blend of Malbec, Cabernet Franc, and Syrah, offering a mix of red and dark fruit flavors, along with notes of spice, meat, and herbs, velvety tannins, juicy palate, and persistent finish.

A very pretty Bolgheri red with currant, chocolate and hazelnut aromas and flavors. It’s full and layered with firmness and freshness. Tight at the end, with a lovely texture and finesse to the tannins. Drink or hold.

Superbly crafted with a good balance of vibrant multi-layered dark red fruits supported by tight, well-honed tannins. Opulent yet sophisticated with a long, compelling finish.
Combines the "Noble Five": Cabernet Sauvignon (53%), Merlot (17%), Malbec (13%), Cabernet Franc (12%) & Petit Verdot (5%). Wine aged for 12 months in small, mainly French oak barrels. It is an excellent companion to lamb dishes with garlic & rosemary.
