Our signature bottling, Redbreast 12 boasts the flavour complexity and distinctive qualities of Pot Still whiskey. Matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks, the distinctive Redbreast sherry style is a joy to behold in each and every bottle.
Inspired to produce an even fruitier, sweeter Balvenie whisky, Malt Master Kelsey McKechnie had the bright idea to import Virgin Oak barrels from Kentucky. After deep toasting them they were filled with Balvenie aged in ex-bourbon barrels.
Cognaclike nose of gently toasted French Oak giving way to deep roasted agave, loads of spice, tropical fruits on the mid palate, & an incredibly long, lingering finish. Oak tannins & tons of texture create a palate sensory density uncommon to an anejo.
Aged 8 months in American oak barrels and finished for 3 months in Stag's Leap Cabernet wine barrels. Great profile for Tequila drinkers also drawn towards wine and bourbon profiles. Smooth, easily sipped or used in cocktails
The nose is sherry-forward with nutty cashew and cinnamon spice. Tasting notes include brown sugar, maple, gingerbread, graham cracker, light baking spice, and dried fruit with a caramel finish.

Finishing in Bas Armagnac Barrels rounds our muscular Craigellachie. First matured in ex-Bourbon and ex-Sherry casks, then rested in Bas-Armagnac casks, for just over a year.
Nose: Notes of fresh toast with roasted almond & brown sugar are complemented by a second wave of more subtle vine fruit aromas.
Palate: A rich, creamy palate, brings an added dimension of vanilla, all rounded off by an exuberantly fresh and floral finis

Aged for a full year in reclaimed American oak resulting in lush honey color. It opens with tantalizing aromas of dried herbs & candied fruit followed by hints of spices, cocoa, & toasted oak.
At first glance of the BHAKTA 1928 there is a golden orange aspect. On the nose are notes of custard, caramel and vanilla. The palate has oak, vanilla and spice on it while the finish has a lingering oak and mellow tannins feel of it.
While it can be hard to predict the flavor profile of each bottle in our Toasted Series, the deep notes of vanilla imbued by the toasting process add another dimension to our signature flavor profile.
An innovative approach to twice-barreled bourbon creates the rich and colorful flavor. Uniquely matured in separate, charred oak barrels – the second barrel deeply toasted before a light charring – extracts additional soft, sweet oak character.
