This wine is made by a unique method cultivated for hundreds of years in Japan. The plums are picked at dawn and processed the same day to keep their dewy freshness and flavor which distinguishes Fu-Ki from all other wines.
Our classic blend comprised our favorite three Mediterranean varieties, Syrah, Mourvèdre & Viognier. We utilized more of our own grapes & were fortunate to focus on the Swartland profile, which lends notes of dark brooding fruit, violets & olive tapenade.
The 2022 Vina Robles Jardine Sauvignon Blanc is praised for its ripe citrus and white peach aromas with hints of lemon peel, dried flowers, and melon. It's described as medium to full-bodied with a lively acidity and a slightly chalky, phenolic mouthfeel.
Brilliant red currant color, fine and persistent bubbles. On the nose, notes of blackcurrant mingle with aromas of candied fruit. The structure of the palate is fresh, suave, the finish long and fruity.
